Private Group Classes:
Bring a team, friends, or colleagues for a tailored group session. Private group classes adapt our repertoire and pacing to your group’s goals—rehab-focused, athletic conditioning, or stress-relief and mobility. The instructor designs the class to ensure each participant receives individualized attention while enjoying the energy and motivation of a shared practice.
Private Pilates:
One-on-one sessions for personalized assessment and programming. Private Pilates is ideal for rehabilitation, postural correction, athletic cross-training, or accelerated skill development. Your instructor will create a precise plan tailored to your individual needs.
Duet Pilates:
Shared private sessions for two people who want individualized attention in a collaborative setting. Duets offer the efficiency of split costs with the depth of tailored instruction—perfect for partners, friends, or training partners with similar goals. Each participant receives customized cues and modifications while benefiting from focused coaching and a motivating, intimate atmosphere.

Using the core tenets of Joseph Pilates, our highly trained instructors will work to both lengthen and strengthen your body. These workouts are comprised of many contemporary Pilates movements mixed with some newer flows. We want each class to be challenging, but doable. With tons of modifications, everybody should be able to take part in class.

If you are added to the class from the waitlist then you should receive a notification (as long as you subscribe by either text or email). You can be added to the class from the waitlist up until an hour before class starts.
