  Join us June 28th for Pre and Postnatal Pilates. This class is open to anyone pre or postnatal, and focuses on lengthening and strengthening MUSCLES, preventing or healing Diastasis recti, and strengthening the Pelvic floor

  Join us June 22nd at 12pm at the Throttle Car Club for Paws + Pilates, a 50 minute mat class with kittens provided by Hart of Maine Adoption Center and Shelter for Cats
